the preliminary requirements listed below.
- Land is located within the sphere of influence.
- If any property is outside of the city limits we need it
to be contiguous with the city, or to be positioned such that
we have the ability to
easily make a connection to the city limit boundary and then
annex.
- Close proximity to utilities (sewer, power, gas & water).
- General
plan zoning designation needs to be residential zoning (current
zone does not necessarily need to be residential).
- We prefer
parcels to be a MINIMUM of 10 acres.
