When presenting a potential property to us please pre-qualify it with the preliminary requirements listed below.

  1. Land is located within the sphere of influence.
  2. If any property is outside of the city limits we need it to be contiguous with the city, or to be positioned such that we have the ability to easily make a connection to the city limit boundary and then annex.
  3. Close proximity to utilities (sewer, power, gas & water).
  4. General plan zoning designation needs to be residential zoning (current zone does not necessarily need to be residential).
  5. We prefer parcels to be a MINIMUM of 10 acres.
